Netcore Cloud Pricing & Review (India)
What Netcore Cloud does, who it suits in India, where it falls short, and what we can and cannot tell you about its price in rupees.
Pricing in India
Netcore sells its engagement suite by quote — no public rate card we have verified — while WhatsApp adds Meta's per-message charges on top of a monthly BSP software fee.
Starter (WhatsApp via BSP)
₹1,000–₹2,500 per month
The published India entry band for BSP software fees generally, not a Netcore quote. Meta's per-message rates are extra: ~₹0.78–₹0.88 marketing, ~₹0.11–₹0.15 utility, ~₹0.13 authentication.
- WhatsApp Business Platform access
- Template management and approval workflow
- Shared team inbox
- Free replies inside the 24-hour service window
- Per-message charges from Meta
- Email and push channels
- Customer data layer
- Dedicated implementation support
Growth
₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
The published India mid-market band for BSP plans, not a Netcore quote. Assumes a multi-channel team; Netcore's own suite pricing at this scale is not published.
- Higher-volume messaging plans
- Catalogue and commerce integrations
- Click-to-WhatsApp ad hooks
- Campaign and channel reporting
- Per-message charges from Meta
- Guaranteed suite-wide feature parity at this price
- Custom data modelling

Enterprise
Not published
We have not costed Netcore's full engagement suite — CDP layer, personalisation, cross-channel journeys — and will not publish a figure we cannot verify. Quote-based, annual contract.
- Email, push, in-app, SMS and WhatsApp in one platform
- Customer data layer and identity resolution
- Journey builder with frequency controls
- Personalisation and recommendations
- Implementation and account support
- Public pricing
- Self-serve signup
- Per-message charges from Meta and SMS carriers
- Third-party analytics and experimentation tools
Bands are our estimates for Indian buyers, not vendor list prices. Confirm with the vendor before budgeting.
What Netcore Cloud is
Netcore Cloud is an India-headquartered customer engagement platform that bundles email, mobile and web push, in-app messages, SMS, WhatsApp and a customer data layer into one system. Marketing teams use it to build segments and run lifecycle campaigns; product teams use the same events for onboarding and retention nudges.
It is also a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) — the reseller layer that sits between your team and Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform — so WhatsApp sits inside the same tool as your other channels rather than in a separate app.
Key features
- Email sending and deliverability infrastructure, including transactional email
- Mobile push, web push and in-app messaging
- WhatsApp Business Platform access as a BSP, with template management
- SMS as a fallback and one-time password (OTP) rail
- A customer data layer that unifies web, app and offline events into profiles
- Journey builder with triggers, branches, wait steps and frequency controls
- Segmentation on behavioural and profile attributes
- On-site and in-app personalisation and product recommendations
- A/B testing and send-time controls
- Dashboards for campaign, channel and funnel reporting
Who it fits
It fits Indian teams that have outgrown separate tools for email, push and WhatsApp and are paying the coordination tax — three vendors, three definitions of a “customer”, three reporting exports. Typical shape: a D2C, edtech, fintech, travel or media business with a working app or high-traffic site, a marketing team of five to thirty, and someone who owns data.
It fits better when your volume is app-led. If most of your revenue comes from repeat users who you reach by push and WhatsApp, a suite that holds all of it in one profile is worth the switching cost.
It fits poorly for a two-person team sending a weekly newsletter, or for a brand whose only real need is WhatsApp broadcasts. Those teams are better served by a focused, self-serve BSP with published entry plans — see our WhatsApp marketing playbook for the shortlist.
Where it is weak
Pricing is opaque. We have not costed Netcore’s platform tiers, and we do not publish figures we have not verified ourselves. Every tier above the WhatsApp software fee is listed here as “Not published” and will stay that way until we have a quote we can stand behind. Expect a sales conversation, a discovery call and an annual contract rather than a credit card and a signup form.
Messaging cost is not the platform cost. Whatever Netcore charges, Meta’s per-message rates pass straight through on WhatsApp, and SMS carries its own per-message and DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration overhead. Budget both lines.
Suite breadth cuts both ways. A platform that does ten things rarely beats the best single-purpose tool at any one of them. Teams with a serious analytics or experimentation practice often keep a specialist tool alongside it.
The data layer is not automatically a CDP. Whether it replaces a standalone customer data platform depends on how many non-marketing systems you need to feed. Our guide to reverse ETL versus a CDP is the right test to run before you assume it does.
Implementation is real work. Event schemas, identity resolution and template migration take weeks, not days, and the cost lands on your engineering team. Our breakdown of what a CDP implementation actually costs is a fair proxy for the effort.
Alternatives
- Gupshup — a WhatsApp-first BSP, named alongside Netcore in our WhatsApp marketing playbook. Choose it if messaging is the job and you do not need an email suite attached.
- Interakt — lighter and more self-serve, built around shared inboxes, catalogues and Shopify or WooCommerce hooks. Suits small D2C teams that want to start this week.
- A standalone CDP plus a sending tool — if the data layer is the actual problem, compare options in best customer data platforms in India before buying a suite to solve it.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Netcore Cloud cost in India?
We have not costed Netcore’s platform tiers, so we list them as “Not published” rather than guess. What we have published is the market band for WhatsApp Business Solution Providers in India: roughly ₹1,000–₹2,500 a month for entry plans and ₹5,000–₹15,000 a month for mid-market plans, plus Meta’s per-message charges. Netcore’s wider engagement suite is sold by quote, so treat any figure you see elsewhere as unverified until you have it in writing.
What does Netcore charge for WhatsApp messages?
The per-message cost is Meta’s, not the provider’s. Since 1 July 2025 Meta bills per message rather than per 24-hour conversation. In India, plan for roughly ₹0.78–₹0.88 per marketing message, ₹0.11–₹0.15 per utility message and around ₹0.13 per authentication message. Replies you send inside an open 24-hour customer service window are free. A BSP’s software fee — commonly ₹1,000–₹5,000 a month — sits on top of that.
Is Netcore Cloud a customer data platform?
It includes a customer data layer that unifies web, app and offline events into single profiles, which covers the marketing use case most teams have in mind. It is not the same thing as a vendor-neutral CDP that feeds support, finance and analytics systems equally. If your data needs extend beyond campaigns, test the requirement first rather than assuming the engagement suite absorbs it.
Who should not buy Netcore Cloud?
Teams whose only real requirement is WhatsApp broadcasting, and small teams without engineering support to instrument events. Both will pay for breadth they never use and wait through an enterprise sales cycle to get it. A self-serve BSP at the ₹1,000–₹2,500 entry band does that job faster. Revisit a suite when you are running three or more channels and the reconciliation work has become someone’s full-time job.
What this means for you
- Go into the conversation with your monthly contactable base and event volume written down — that is what the quote will hinge on.
- Budget the messaging spend separately: contacts × ₹0.80 for WhatsApp marketing sends, and roughly one-sixth of that for utility messages.
- Ask for the all-in first-year number, including implementation and support, not the monthly licence.
- Decide whether you are buying a sending tool or a data layer before you compare vendors. They are different purchases.
